Hi Readers---TRAVELSAVVYNEWS has had a face lift! Please enjoy our new look. Hopefully, we've tailored our site to be more readable and more informative, with the capability of bringing you fresh news and views when they happen. The redesign will in no way diminish our concentration on USA domestic places, people, and events, which was our original mission. In fact, we think it will improve what we have been offering you for the last year. We would love to hear from you and welcome comments about our September “Coming Out Party.”
Familiarize yourself with the format, the sections are the same, just arranged differently. Corinne Brown describes her visit to the Buckhorn Museum in San Antonio for the Across the Country readers, while Howard Hian gives you seven great ideas the next time you are in 'the metronatural' Seattle area. Check his article out in Only in America. I tip you readers off to one of Chicago's best kept secrets, the Chicago Greeters , in the Featured Destination section. For dog lovers, check out Pendleton's Sheepdog Competition in Oregon Highlight. This regional event is sure to inspire animal lovers from all over the country. All you need is a lawn chair and sun screen to enjoy the event.
It's all fun “stuff” and I can't wait to hear your impressions. Am hoping you approve as I have big plans for the future of TRAVELSAVVYNEWS. It just take a little time to get all ducks in a row.
Happy Trails, Ann Terry Hill
